Made 3 appointments for service on the phone and 3 times they didn't put it in their system.I guess the lady on the phone doesn't know what she's doing .Took off work twice for my appointment and twice th they didn't put it in their system.I guess the lady on the phone doesn't know what she's doing .Took off work twice for my appointment and twice they had no idea.How is this even possible. Third time I went to the counter and they forgot again.This time I demanded my service and waited for my car to be serviced.Maby the lady for appointments need more training.Super unsatisfied. More
