My fiancé and I were looking into purchasing a Mazda CX-5 so we headed on over to Mazda Hamilton. We met Neal and told him what we were thinking about he let us test drive Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. We went to a few other dealerships (Toyota, Honda, and Mazda Open Road East Brunswick). We weren’t very impressed with with any of the sales men at these dealerships. We almost purchased a Mazda from East Brunswick but didn’t have a good feeling and felt like we were severely being taken advantage of. So we headed back to Neal in Hamilton. Neal was able to find us a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring (East Brunswick only wanted to work with us for the Touring) for CHEAPER than East Brunswick. Throughout the whole car buying process Neal was very transparent and thorough. We never felt like he was trying to “just make a sale”. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. He stayed late for us and showed up on his day off, it was AMAZING. We are so happy that we had Neal to help us find the perfect Mazda for us!! 10/10 experience, go see Neal at Hamilton Mazda!! More
