That is amazing customer service, especially during the current chip and inventory shortages. We worked with Karlie Hampson in the finance department. Dealing with the finance folks is usually a miserable experience at most car dealerships. To the contrary, Karlie was delightful to work with and she made it a very pleasurable and seamless experience. She made no attempts to push any packages that we didn't want or need. If you're looking for a Mazda, I highly recommend this dealership! I went 30 miles out of my way to deal with them and I would definitely do so again, even though there is another dealer 2 miles from my house. More
