The car meant a lot to me as my two sons are graduating college and it was a gift for myself after getting them through as a single dad. I was very specific in what I wanted (must be red, manual, GT with GTS option). I had contacted 4 dealers in all. The other 3 dealers just said the car wasn’t available. Zack from Hamlton Mazda did the work to lookup shipments coming to the US via boat and was able to provide all of the information while it was in transport. Zack then gave me a quote. I will be honest, with this information I checked against the other dealers (who would have Zack’s deal fall into their laps). In addition to the work for the search, Zack came back with the best price. Next, he made the purchase process very easy for me. Because of work I have a very limited schedule. He was able to have the car prepped in less than 24 hours off of the truck and when I came in he was able to get me out of the door in about an hour. This was by far the best new car experience I have had, and I have purchased about 10 new cars in my lifetime. I wanted to recognize Zacks hard work, his honesty, his professionalism and his excellent knowledge of the vehicle. He is also a Miata owner and was able to give me excellent advise with the vehicle. After the sale he also went above what is required and emailed me a link on amazon for automotive tape I can use instead of drilling holes for the front license plate. More

He told me in advance that it could take a little longer than normal because I was having a coolant service and he had cautioned that the mechanic would have to make sure that all the air pockets were removed so that the heater/defroster would work properly. In the past, I have also had good experiences with Ryan. I have also had good experiences with the sales department, as well. I bought four vehicles from this dealership within my family dating back to 2004 Mazda Tribute. Three of the four vehicle each registered greater that 100,000 miles and the current vehicle currently has almost 60,000 miles. Staying that long with a dealership has to say something. More

One minor issue was discovered and when I called Neal to let him know, they addressed the issue for me; keep in mind this was a used Honda with 106K miles on it. You won't go wrong working with Neal!
