2 new Mazdas in 5 mos ! Have bought 2 new Mazda's at this Dealership in 5mos. Moved to area about 5 years ago. Wife had 2010 Mazda 3 and had a positive service experience wit Have bought 2 new Mazda's at this Dealership in 5mos. Moved to area about 5 years ago. Wife had 2010 Mazda 3 and had a positive service experience with the service department over 5 year. Service rep was Benito Reyes. Took a test drive last year in new Mazda but not ready to buy. Worked with Neal Simon in sales. Actually one year to the day of a test drive, Wife's car burned out transmission at 151,000 miles. AAA towed car to dealer from Turnpike. Never a good way to start the car buying experience! Yet she bought new Mazda 3 that day. Used Costco Buying Service, actually suggested by dealer, where a Costco member gets Authorization # thru Costco and dealer applies discount. No price negotiation. Dealership followed the Costco program with no hassle. Finance Mgr Chris was easy and not high pressure. I later traded my 2011 Hyundai and got Kelly Blue Book Trade price which was fair. I bought 2019 CX5 Grand Reserve 5 months after wife and also used Neal Simon for sales. Again Pricing and Finance clear and no pressure. Also used Costco. Dealership also applies Mazda Corp Promotion Discounts and promotion Financing so no penalty for using Costco. Wife and I both waited almost 10 years to buy new car because generally bad experience with Dealers. I can say this was easy. I have no relationship with Dealer or employees. Just a guy who hates to buy cars who found a great local dealer. Almost forgot, this dealer does not add-on an extra Sticker with extra stuff like etched glass or pin strip. The MSRP is the same you see on Mazda Web-site. I checked and printed Mazda Web-site and MSRP matched for my car and trim level. More
