Awful turned to AWESOME!! I was in a panick, scared, and angry. My 2015 Mazda 6 had an issue with the transmission- while on a major highway. I googled to find the closest Mazd I was in a panick, scared, and angry. My 2015 Mazda 6 had an issue with the transmission- while on a major highway. I googled to find the closest Mazda dealership, I spoke with Anes. He was Super friendly, calm, and provided me with an experienced tow company, in the area. The turnaround time to the dealership was only 15 minutes! I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and assurance that everything would be OK. Ryan and Jerry quickly escorted me to the service area and asked if I needed assistance with removing any items from my car. They were very warm, friendly, and upbeat. Definitely the boost I needed after my horrible experience. Shortly after I was introduced to Sales Rep-Zachary Repp. I wanted to weigh out my options new transmission vs new car. Zachary was patient and provided me with multiple options. After our discussion, I made the decision to purchase a new 2018 Mazda6 Touring. I didn’t feel pressured by Zack. In fact, I noticed that he was under the weather, but it didn’t stop him from delivering exceptional service. All of my questions were answered and was extremely professional. Finance Manager Christopher was great too! This was an unexpected expense and I was not happy with the monthly payment or $20 Fed EX charge to have my tags sent. All Good- Christopher made up for it with his pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend the staff at Hamilton Mazda. They are Fantastic!!! I am very happy with my purchase! More
