The dealership offered a very fair price and allowed you to chose your own add ins rather than try to pressure you to buy add ins like the traditional dealer which created a very comfortable atmosphere. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would absolutely reccomend both Neal and the Hamilton Dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

BEST SALESMAN/DEALER!! I purchased my new Mazda3 at Hamilton Mazda two weeks ago. The dealership was running an ad for a great lease offer so I contacted the dealer. I w I purchased my new Mazda3 at Hamilton Mazda two weeks ago. The dealership was running an ad for a great lease offer so I contacted the dealer. I was connected to Marlon Lising who proved to be the most honest, professional, friendly salesmen I have ever encountered!! I described the exact vehicle I was looking for which was a difficult find. He immediately made calls to other dealers to locate the car. Within an hour, Marlon called me back to let me know he located the car I was looking for. He also told me he could honor the exact deal I originally asked for!! From there, Marlon processed the entire lease contract accepting all of my documentation via email and text. Once approved, all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. At this point, it was all too simple and I was actually becoming concerned that there would be some sort of "surprise" or "catch" when I got to the dealer. When my husband and I arrived at the dealer, we noticed my beautiful new Mazda3 parked right in front. Once inside, we were immediately greeted by Marlon. He was friendly, professional and true to his word. He explained that he had everything ready and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Fifteen minutes later, I was driving my new car off the lot. The exact car, for the exact agreed upon deal. I honestly couldn't believe what an enjoyable experience it was from my first conversation with Marlon to pulling my new Mazda3 into my driveway. I've purchased many new cars and it has always been a long, tense, aggravating experience. At Hamilton, there were no games, hidden fees or surprises . ...only the excitement of picking up my brand new car. Great Experience! Go see Neal I'm in the early stages of purchasing my next car. I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning and was greeted by Neal Simon when I walked into the showroo I'm in the early stages of purchasing my next car. I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning and was greeted by Neal Simon when I walked into the showroom. I told Neal that I would be test driving different manufacturers before coming to a decision but that for Mazda, the Mazda3 and CX-3 piqued my interest. He did an excellent job of outlining the features of each and explaining which packages were available on the trim levels I was interested for both models. Then, to my surprise, let me test drive the 3 and the CX-3 by myself on the neighboring streets. Wow! Very cool that the dealership allows customers to test drive solo. I love the CX-3 and it is at the very top of my short list. I can easily see myself owning one. I want to give high praise to Neal - he promotes and represents the Mazda brand flawlessly. In my 22 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never before dealt with a salesman who is as accommodating, personable, professional and no pressure as Neal. I usually cringe at the thought of going into a car dealership, but not this time - thanks to Neal and his customer-focused approach. If I do decide to go Mazda (which I am heavily leaning towards) , you can bet I will be purchasing from Neal. Just an all-around great experience! I highly recommend this dealership. More
