He possesses all of the attributes I look for when purchasing a new vehicle. He is very professional. Secondly he is very knowledgeable about the product line and treats the customer in a friendly and respectful manner. He never exhibited any high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. I should also add that, since this was a new car for my wife, Neal devoted more than 90% of the time catering to my wife's every question in an extremely courteous manner. This also encompassed all of the financial details. I have purchased more than 40 vehicles over the years. Interacting with Neal was definitely one of the most positive experiences I can recall. I got free 63 month financing.I got a great price (my secret), the exact car I wanted, and most of all a happy experience. Please know...I came from Queens,NY. Very far, but more than worth it. There are no games, no psychology; They just want to sell cars. You can trust them. I had a terrible experience in September (when I almost purchased a 2016 Mazda 3) with another Mazda dealer in Northern New Jersey. It was all games and lies; At the end of a 3 hour ordeal, the finance manager was filling out the sales documents. He tacked on another 3900 dollars for finance charge! When I asked for an explanation, he said they had discounted the price and I had a choice: free 63 month financing or 1,000 dollar discount. He said since I took the 1000$ discount, there was no free financing. I walked out, and they offered to give me a 500 discount. I was incensed and went home. BEST SALESMAN/DEALER!! I purchased my new Mazda3 at Hamilton Mazda two weeks ago. The dealership was running an ad for a great lease offer so I contacted the dealer. I w I purchased my new Mazda3 at Hamilton Mazda two weeks ago. The dealership was running an ad for a great lease offer so I contacted the dealer. I was connected to Marlon Lising who proved to be the most honest, professional, friendly salesmen I have ever encountered!! I described the exact vehicle I was looking for which was a difficult find. He immediately made calls to other dealers to locate the car. Within an hour, Marlon called me back to let me know he located the car I was looking for. He also told me he could honor the exact deal I originally asked for!! From there, Marlon processed the entire lease contract accepting all of my documentation via email and text. Once approved, all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. At this point, it was all too simple and I was actually becoming concerned that there would be some sort of "surprise" or "catch" when I got to the dealer. When my husband and I arrived at the dealer, we noticed my beautiful new Mazda3 parked right in front. Once inside, we were immediately greeted by Marlon. He was friendly, professional and true to his word. He explained that he had everything ready and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Fifteen minutes later, I was driving my new car off the lot. The exact car, for the exact agreed upon deal. I honestly couldn't believe what an enjoyable experience it was from my first conversation with Marlon to pulling my new Mazda3 into my driveway. I've purchased many new cars and it has always been a long, tense, aggravating experience. At Hamilton, there were no games, hidden fees or surprises . ...only the excitement of picking up my brand new car.
