Flawless Buying Experience I came in at 6:15 PM to look at a CX-5 that my wife was eyeing online. Neal Simon immediately gave me the keys and sent me on my way, by myself, to ge I came in at 6:15 PM to look at a CX-5 that my wife was eyeing online. Neal Simon immediately gave me the keys and sent me on my way, by myself, to get a feel for the car. There was no pressure. I spent about 20-25 minutes with the car and really checked it out without the pressure you typically experience on a 4 minute test drive. I came back, and within 60 minutes, my wife finished signing the paperwork. The dealer got her a rate that was lower than what she was approved for through her bank. I can attest that the finance department will not inflate your interest rates like they openly do at other dealerships. The finance folks did not hard-sell us all the add-ons that other dealers pressure you into. They told us the options and we made our decisions, simple as that. There were no hidden fees. The vehicle didn't come with the typical scam items, such as vin etching and the like. The price we discussed initially is exactly what we paid. Neal did a great job. Unlike the last 3 dealerships I visited, he spent 15 minutes showing my wife each and every feature of the vehicle and answered all her questions. He actually knew a thing or two about the vehicle he was selling. It was refreshing. The communication between Neal and finance was flawless. I told Neal what we planned on putting down, as well as the desired length of the loan. When we signed, we didn't waste time looking at 6 different loan schedules. We got exactly what we asked for, and promptly. This dealership went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.
