I’m slowly losing trust with this service center. Every time I go, most of recommendations made are for immediate attention. Second oil change in a row. Both times the tech did not complete the inspection report that gets stapled to the description of services page. Also both times the tech did not update the oil change to the car’s system (when I start the car “service due appears on the front display.” Finally, both times the tech did not complete a “next service due” sticker that gets placed on the windshield. These occasions of lack of attention to destabilize make me question the quality of service when I bring my vehicle to get serviced. More

I have driven to this dealership from Langorne, PA, for service every 5,000 miles to my current 115,000 service because I truly believe they care about the me and my car. Everyone in the service and parts departments is really nice and really wants to take care me. They always let me know what I have to do now, and what can wait. They also make sure I use any applicable coupons, and have cut prices for service in general several times over the years. I have been to the local dealership in Langhorne, PA, no comparison. More

Staff was very nice. They reduced the size of the waiting room and it is too small. They need to bring back the water filter and remove plastic water bottles.
