My Service Advisor, Tom, was great. He met me right away when I drove up and kept me posted the entire time via text and a phone call. My appointment was to have a spare key programmed, but he also iden when I drove up and kept me posted the entire time via text and a phone call. My appointment was to have a spare key programmed, but he also identified and took care of open recalls that I was not aware of. The Service Team also did a full inspection of my Jetta, which was a nice surprise. The full inspection found items that I’ll need to address once I get past my kids’ college tuitions I need to pay this month. Tom printed out a list of the items that are needed so I could budget them out with my wife. I really appreciate that. Thanks Tom! More
