My VW Jetta GLI was flooded in the hurricane Ida. I began searching for a new car and realized car market is out of control right now due to chip shortages so most dealership are running low on inventory the searching for a new car and realized car market is out of control right now due to chip shortages so most dealership are running low on inventory therefore new and used car prices are through the roof. I found a specific Arteon I was looking for on cars.com and got a call from Sohail Morris few minutes later. This was on LDW which surprised me that they were open. I negotiated with Sohail over the phone and left a deposit. Sohail was knowledgeable and professional. Treated me with respect through negotiations so I locked in the deal. They were the only VW dealership who was willing to negotiate and treated me like a person and not like just another sale. The following week I went to the dealership to see the car in person and to provide my information in preparations for signing/delivery. Dealership is nice and clean and looks very well maintained. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Delivery day was a breeze! Sohail helped me with all my requests and everything was ready upon my arrival. Christina Migliaccio was my finance manager who was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. She went over additional products and services and I purchased extended warranty. Mike the Manager was very accommodating and even allowed Me to apply some discounts. I received an oil change, new battery and spark plugs for under $500.
