Disappointed I've taken my Beetle to this dealer/service center ever (and regularly) since I bought it there in 2001, and I've never been dissatisfied. That chang I've taken my Beetle to this dealer/service center ever (and regularly) since I bought it there in 2001, and I've never been dissatisfied. That changed this year. A problem first identified this past January and since then worked on (and paid for!) at four separate service appointments (the third of which lasted 5 weeks) has still not been resolved. My confidence in the quality and expertise of the service center has taken quite a hit. More
