Quick, easy, and efficient I spoke with a sales person named Danielle through text over about 2 weeks regarding a used vehicle they had on their lot that I was interested in. Fr I spoke with a sales person named Danielle through text over about 2 weeks regarding a used vehicle they had on their lot that I was interested in. From the beginning Danielle was very helpful and upfront with all pricing, even texting me a picture of a printout showing a breakdown of the fees and taxes and what my out of door price would be. Initially the difference between what i was willing to spend and what they were offering was too large to close, although Danielle did offer to go over financing offers. When we couldn't come to an agreement we left things that if anything changed on either of our ends we would be in contact. About a week later I received a text from Danielle letting me know the price dropped. After settling on a price danielle prepared everything prior to my arrival to the dealership. When I arrived my car was cleaned up and parked out front and all I had to do was have the car added to insurance, sign the paperwork, and drive away. I was in and out in no time and felt no pressure by the staff to make any additional purchases on warranties or extras. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and I'm happy I chose to work with them. More

Tire check and replancement The service was excellent. The issue with the tire was resolved quickly. However, the attention to detail was not quite up to snuff. When the tech put the tire lug nut back in the holder in the trunk they did not put the cover back as it should have been. It was raised and bumpy, easily corrected by myself, but i though I would to share since some customers may not care for that. More
