Kevin Zanoni who assisted in getting my financing squared away, and got me in, and out in a blink of an eye with my flawlessly clean car was amazing. I also was taken care of by of all people the Service Manager Mr. Mike Kayes who made me feel so confident in my purchase from a service side just further cemented in my mind that not only did I buy a great car, but I bought a great car from the best Dealership I have ever dealt with in ver 30+ years of buying many vehicles. Verry arrogant, non sympathetic Description on website of the vehicle was mistaken. Drove 2 hours to buy the car and when we got there it was the wrong interior. Had called to confirm that they had the vehicle with the specific interior and we were reassured. They didn't seem remorseful for their mistake. I can understand human error but at least have some sympathy. Pete kept showing us the key that it was the correct stock number but what good does that do when the description on the website states other descriptions. Checked their website today and the car is STILL in their system with the wrong description. I decided to call again and asked details about the car and was again reassured that the car has golden oak and black interior. I saw the car with my own eyes, was shown the stock number and they have not made the correction. They just want you to go out there and sell you what they want not what you as a customer wants. SHARKS! More
