Having a pleasant experience when purchasing a car is something I believed was make believe -- until I dealt with Rick Valnoski from Hamilton VW. Those factors and not being pushy were big pluses for me in driving down 40 miles to Hamilton VW, even though there were 2 other VW dealers with 15 miles from my house. While at the dealership, my wife, father, and I were welcomed and shown respect during the car negotiations. There was no gray area at all and all questions/concerns were answered. If I am in the hunt for a VW again, I will be working with Rick again. More

I think as buyers, we tend to stereotype dealership employees as people looking to make money off you. Somehow some way, they're going to get the best of you. Working with Ron and the Hamilton Volkswagon dealership (including Don Calilap, who works in their Finance department), this purchase could not have went any smoother.
