I dropped off my car at 11am. I never got notification that the car was finished. I texted the texting service number asking for an update and did not get a reply. So I drove over at 430 pm to see. Apparently the car was done. I then was told of maintenance they recommended but I would have to leave the car overnight. I decided to opt out of the extra work because I didn’t feel like I was being cared for. If I would of received a phone call when my car was done and then offered the other services I would of probably went ahead with it. Now I’m looking for another service center for my upcoming 80,000 mile service. It’s a shame because this is my closest VW dealership. More

Service was relatively quick and completed as requested. The facilities are clean. It was not very busy for a Saturday which was nice. I would have like a little more direction when I arrived.
