Certain people who work there are great. We went to only check a price for a car for my daughter. So he either had no idea, or he was playing me that you would like to just know the price of the car. From my previous experience I knew advertising price is never what you will end it up paying. The car was for my daughter and of course have Audi car she was very happy till we drove car when we got it back home. You have 3 days for any issues to be either fixed or returned. There still is issue with some sensor. Back and forth they supposed to fixed a car and of course they said they did. But they didn’t. Service for fixing s car was absolutely awful. Sadly I thought I would be coming back to the dealership for buying car for my another daughter, but after this experience I won’t…. More

The staff was very helpful and they have tons of great options on their lot. You can tell they really hand-pick what they put on their lot, and the majority have super low miles. I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealer on 2/5/24. I felt that the experience was one of the best i have had but once home i had a problem with the financing figures which was due really to m 2/5/24. I felt that the experience was one of the best i have had but once home i had a problem with the financing figures which was due really to my lack of attention. I tried to resolve it but at first ran into difficulty. The salesperson and service manager were extremely responsive in resolving minor concerns. Ultimately the customer service manager acting on behalf of the owner corrected the issue. All i can say is that if you want to deal with a company that sells used cars i would recommend Hampstead. You can judge a company by its values which reflect those of the owner. After 60 years buying used cars this is one dealer that stands out! More
