Best Buying Experience Ever! My wife and I were reluctant to go to the car show to buy our next vehicle because we didn't want to be "harassed" by a salesman like most of the car My wife and I were reluctant to go to the car show to buy our next vehicle because we didn't want to be "harassed" by a salesman like most of the car lots we have been to in our past car buying experiences. To our surprise, Donnie Davis our salesman, was a blessing. Not only did he give us time to look around he answered every question we had on the Highlander and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. This alone would have made the experience a good one but that was only the beginning, Donnie has one of the best personalities and was so nice and easy to deal with. He never rushed us or put us on the spot to make a hasty decision. Since we were a little undecided and it was getting late, Craig Alemand stepped in and helped clinch the deal. He said, since we weren't sure, we could take the vehicle home with us so that we could take our time making our decision. That was an awesome thing to do because that settled it for us. Before we drove away in our beautiful new Highlander, Donnie sat with us and explained everything in detail on how to use all of the new features we were not familiar with. He was the reason that by far, this was our BEST car buying experience my wife and I ever had. We sure didn't expect to make a friend during our purchase but that is exactly what happened. Donnie will be referred to EVERYONE we know that is interested in buying a new vehicle. Next, was the finalization of the sale and do the paperwork. Two more surprises came our way, Jade letting us know that we have our choice of UL season tickets, and meeting Chai Phumsom, who was the icing on the cake. Chai was awesome and so friendly, he completed our experience with a smile. What a cool guy! Thank you Hampton for having such GREAT employees to deal with. We love our new Highlander!!! And look forward to dealing with y'all in the future. More

This place is a coin flip To preface this review I will say back in 2014 my wife and I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and had a pleasant overall experience. Fast forward to shopping for a new vehicle this year (2017) it was a complete opposite experience. While looking to replace the current Toyota with a new one I looked online and spoke with several dealerships via phone and email. I drove to dealerships, including this one and allowed them to appraise my trade in vehicle in order to obtain a realistic number on a new purchase. First, the sales guy didn't even respond to my email when I inquired about a specific stock number I looked at online. Okay, no big deal. A few days later I drove my trade in vehicle for them to look at and told the sales guy what vehicle I was interested in which was just a newer version of the current vehicle. He appeared either over worked or disinterested and just mentioned about them selling that type of vehicle everyday and that he would need to find one. I still have not heard back from them so it was a complete waste of my time to go there. Obviously I purchased the vehicle elsewhere and can safely say the three other dealerships I dealt with provided a much better shopping experience. In summary, it depends on who you get at this place but in my opinion this dealership pushes numbers (sales) compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area that push service and retention of customers. I may eventually purchase another vehicle here but it would be my last option even though it is the closest for me. More
