I asked Todd a lot of questions and there were only two he had to get back to me on (truly exceptional) due to the fact that there was no way he could know this information. That is when Todd did a good job of using his resources (his team) and his follow up time was quick and got to the root of what I was trying to find out. Some folks when unsure of an answer will give a quick dismissive answer that isn't correct. Not so with Todd. I appreciated doing business with you Todd. More

While waiting for the service department to perform the necessary repairs, I wandered around the lot just looking at the price of new cars, thinking to myself, I'd better start saving up a down payment NOW if I want to get a new car when I retire. I can't believe these cars cost more than a year's take-home pay! While I was "window shopping", Craig came up to me and offered to run my credit. At first I told him that there was "no way ANYONE was going to approve my credit", as I am heavily in debt due to my medical condition. However, I gave Craig permission to "run my credit". To my utter amazement, he not only came up with financing, but with terms that I simply could NOT SAY NO TO! More
