Ben song and Jamie I went To Hampton to potentially trade in my 2012 GMC terrain . I was directed to Headed over to Benjamin song and he would help me look at cars and t I went To Hampton to potentially trade in my 2012 GMC terrain . I was directed to Headed over to Benjamin song and he would help me look at cars and try to see if there's anything on the lot for us. first are looking at camrys being familiar with them . I then made my way to the Corolla's. Walking on the line I will stopped by Ben. He Inform me that I was looking at the sport models I asked him what was the difference he told me about 1000 dollars more for the rims. I said just a Rims that's not worth it. I bought the le and on inspection found a scratch on the trunk. I was still told to come back Monday and will be fixed , when I did come back Monday nobody who could fix it was there I was given a rental car a sports model and was shocked by the differences in the cars. I went back and asked if I could do anything about it expressing my anger and frustration I was told he would get back to me. I was told that my car that had Less than a hundred miles on It would be worth almost 3000 less. Upon voicing my frustration with the salesperson and his lack of knowledge and his lack of care they decide to work a deal with me they would give me a higher trading but now I need almost $3000 down payment and it's been four days since I try to work with them again Jamie and accounting whatever can't seem to get an answer from her bank all of a sudden Hampton has made me stressed and I will never recommend them . In fact the sport I found on the lot had 177 miles on it new on the lot, More than all the cars in the whole line. The difference between not knowing and not caring to find out has lost me as a customer has frustrated me to know when Benjamin song has lied to me and wasting my time and all I want to do is buy a more expensive car. More
