Drove the van home and woke up the next day to go and get doughnuts for the family and the check engine light is on. Call the dealer, "Sorry, sale are sold as is", talked to more than one person and got the same answer. Took it to a local dealer, "something" chewed through the gas line, cost about $500 to fix. This does have a happy ending, complained to Toyota USA about how I was treated and they wrote me a check for $500. So YEAH Toyota, and boo to Hampton. Love the cars, just be careful with this bunch. More

2015 Corolla I came to Toyota to trade in my Rav 4 for a Toyota Corolla. I was downsizing to save money and gas due to a job change. While I wasn't thrilled about I came to Toyota to trade in my Rav 4 for a Toyota Corolla. I was downsizing to save money and gas due to a job change. While I wasn't thrilled about having to do this, Tyler Santropietro made this process so easy for me. I was really impressed with the time she took to show me things even though I didn't have the best attitude about it. By the end, I was actually excited about the downsize and my new Corolla. Who would have thought? Tyler was so awesome! More

Satisfied customers =) This was our first time ever purchasing from a car dealership. I'd say we were both skeptics and went in with our guards up. I was thinking everything was going to be over priced and that we were going to deal with pushy car salesman. Boy was I wrong! We had a positive experience purchasing for the first time from Hampton Toyota. Jon Haynes went above and beyond to help us out and answer all of our questions without being pushy. I LOVE my van and tell everyone who will listen about the incredible deal we got from Hampton Toyota!! A 2014 Sienna with 35,000 miles for $24,000. No other dealership could come close. I feel like I got a basically brand new vehicle for a pre-owned price! We will definitely be back in the future when we are in need of another vehicle!
