Ask for Tyler! We asked to see several cars at Hampton and it was an average experience, until Tyler came into the picture. We returned to the dealership just after close of business to take another look at one of the cars that we were considering. Tyler was still there and asked if we needed any assistance. It turned out that our previous sales associate had quit that afternoon and, even though it was after hours, Tyler stepped in, answered the questions she could answer and quickly followed up on the ones she couldn't. She was a true professional from start to finish, even when we decided to go with a car from another dealership. I have had to deal with a lot of stereotypical car dealers, and it was refreshing to work with someone who respected us as a customer. I would send anyone directly to her. More
