Please accept our deepest apologies. We are truly sorry to hear that you had an overall unpleasant experience. We have received your survey in addition to this review from you and we definitely want to address your concerns. Initially, you were in the process of negotiating on another vehicle that sold. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold a vehicle that is in the process of being negotiated on if another buyer is physically here to make the purchase right away. Also, we have to confirm that all of the paperwork was approved and finalized before confirming that a vehicle was actually sold. During negotiations with the vehicle that you purchased, you mentioned in the survey that Tyler was not pushy and went the extra mile to retrieve the valet key that you requested and that you are satisfied with her service. You had also stated you had not received your valet key yet, but Tyler confirmed it was in and you were coming to pick it up. Since a secondary key was not available nor provided to us for the vehicle you purchased, Tyler did contact the previous owner of the vehicle to retrieve the valet key for you. She did this in effort to at least provide you with another key to your vehicle since we provide what is given to us from the previous owner. The holiday season is one of our busiest times of the year so we totally understand your frustration as Kendrick nor Hannah could not be reached during your negotiating process. Again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration and inconvenience during your purchasing experience. We appreciate your business and don’t hesitate to give us a call to resolve any other concerns you may have.
