My experience with Hampton, and particularly salesman Chai Phumsorn, was extraordinarily Just purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid at Hampton Toyota. My experience with Hampton, and particularly salesman Chai Phumsorn, was extraordinarily positive. I had five car-buying apps on my phone, and checked new-car pricing, trade-in value, what was available elsewhere, and at each juncture, Hampton Toyota gave me straight, clear, and useful information which helped assure me I was making a sound decision. I have to also comment about Chai's personality and professionalism. I came at about 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon. I was ready to buy an Avalon, but was unsure about what model or how much I wanted to spend. I looked at everything from used XLE's to top-of-the-line new Limiteds. Throughout, Chai was relaxed, patient, answered every question, and never got annoyed when I wanted to look at a car a third, fourth or fifth time. I finally settled on an Avalon XLE Hybrid Touring model, and I absolutely love it. Chai stayed late to see the sale completed, detailed the inside of the car as I did the paperwork, helped transfer all my belongings from my trade-in vehicle, moved all my stickers from one car to the other, and then gave me an orientation to my new car's features so I could drive it safely out of the parking lot. It was almost 8:00 p.m. by then, and Chai and Charles (who did the paperwork) stayed two hours after closing time to finish the deal. Highly recommend Hampton Toyota, and Chai Phumsorn. More

In fact, I was not super happy with the latest experiences servicing my old car, but this great help and attention Mr. Chai gave me together with the great attentiveness given to me by Mr. Jason in Services, made me change my mind and remember there are still great people in the world that can make you recover confidence in the mankind. Detroit builds cars with planed Obsolescence built into them, Toyota builds cars with durability built in. I mean its the energizer bunny, it just runs and runs for 100,000's of thousands of miles, without breaking down. Do your own research, you'll discover like I did, the MOST bang for your buck is a Toyota. The icing on the deal was dealing with Tosha Lantier. People don't come any nicer then Tosha. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and funny. I'm sure I've met people as nice as Tosha, I just don't remember them. If and when I need another car, 100,000 - 200,000 miles down the road I hope Tasha is still there. More
