I had a great experience with Handy Toyota in St. Albans, VT. I had been on the internet checking with many dealerships from Albany, NY to Maine. I was trying to locate a certain color 2014 Toyota Corolla S VT. I had been on the internet checking with many dealerships from Albany, NY to Maine. I was trying to locate a certain color 2014 Toyota Corolla S with certain features. I located one on their website and contacted them. I was told that they did not have this vehicle anymore. Within a couple of hours I received a call back from Handy Toyota saying that they had located the car I was looking for and can have it at their dealership within a couple of days for me to come and look at. When I arrived, they had it ready and waiting for me to try out. It was everything I wanted. The process to trade my car and purchase the new car was very easy and fast. Thank you Handy Toyota! More
We had not bought a new car in several years and were not looking forward to the process of negotiating over the price of a new car. We knew which car we were interested in buying but had several questions looking forward to the process of negotiating over the price of a new car. We knew which car we were interested in buying but had several questions which were answered by Ali in a professional and friendly manner. For those questions for which an immediate answer was not available, further inquiries were made by Ali which resulted in ALL our questions being answered. Since it was October 2012 and we were buying a 2013 car which was not on site with the options we requested, Ali obtained the car from another dealership in a very timely manner. The options we requested were taken care of and the car was ready for us to pick up in a very reasonable time. When we picked up the car, Ali spent considerable time reviewing the features with us. We also appreciated his follow up contact to make sure there were no problems. The entire process was a far better experience than we had anticipated and we would definitely return to Handy Toyota in the future. And we hope that Ali Kamal will still be there when we do. More

The experiance was great! Unfortunately the Lease option is not for me, as I drive to many mile one way to work. So during trade in time I had no choice but to continue with the lease. It waa way to much especially up fron to walk away from the lease. I want out of the lease but it cost way to much, especially up front. Ali was awesome but Toyota itself I am not happy with, a better deal could have and was made by friends of mine through Toyota. Ali tried so much but was limted by Toyota financing/managment. Ali is as far as I am concerned an excelent employee you have. I just wish Toyota finance was more helpfull. Especially when I see others get better deals than I did just after I got mine with the statement "This is the best I can do". That is why I rated Price as OK. It could have and should have been better. I am not sure if I will continue with toyota finance, I am considering another option. Robert S. Wright More
