I gave this review because I have had issues using dealerships in the past, and always cheating me out of my money. With Handy's they walked me through everything, and worked with me until we achieved dealerships in the past, and always cheating me out of my money. The experience at Handy was very good, The whole process was easy and professional. I would definetly refer my friends to handy's. The only compaint I had was with the finacial manager, He was not very frie was easy and professional. I would definetly refer my friends to handy's. It was a pleasure working with Ali! Very knowledgeable on the Tacoma features and very responsive in a timely manner to any questions or concerns! I went shopping so they could prep my new Tacoma and when I the Tacoma features and very responsive in a timely manner to any questions or concerns! I went shopping so they could prep my new Tacoma and when I went to pick up it up the vehicle I was trading in failed to start. They drove down and tried to get it started and we realized it was not going to. Being late Saturday they loaned me a car for the weekend and called me Monday morning to tell me my trade-in was repaired and the New Tacoma was ready for me. I felt they went out of they way to insure I was a satisfied customer! I Definitely would recommend them. Dave More

Not pushy. I was given a fair price for my car in trade.They went out of their way to find the truck I wanted, the coffee and the price was great.
