The employees are wonderful, what isnt wonderful is the three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. I wasnt the only one who waited hours for a tire change over, sounds like that portion of the service center needs to be worked on. I really should have just gone somewhere else, I had just had surgery the day prior and waiting almost 4 hours was not great. I have been to plenty of other service shops that do not take this long. Alan, our service advisor, did an outstanding job accepting our car in for service today. Very disappointed. They forgot to return locking lug nut key and I now have to drive 45 minutes one way to get it.
