Review I was promised a gift card for taking a test drive. It has been 2 weeks and now was told I have to take this survey before I get the gift card. I a I was promised a gift card for taking a test drive. It has been 2 weeks and now was told I have to take this survey before I get the gift card. I am very happy with my car, but was not happy with the price as the advertised price on the Internet was much less than what I paid as I didn't qualify for any of the promotions, which they failed to mention until you walked in the door. I was also told that the SirusXM radio was included free of charge, but found out later that it is only for a 3 month trail period. Their customer service could improve as I had a few questions after I purchased the car, but got transferred many times and only got 1 return call after I left several messages. They were very friendly while they were selling me the car, but didn't seem to care after the sale was made. More

I initially was tire kicking to see what a new car could cost, not necessarily to buy right now, as my 2 current vehicles were still serviceable, but the staff kept trying to "drive home a deal" that would be hard to refuse. I have owned a Hyundai for almost 14 years (it was my first "foreign" car ever in my 51 years of driving) and was impressed with the quality and style. Therefore I looked to Hyundai to see what was available. More
