Everyone from my sales person to the finance person sales managers were friendly and honest. My car was clean and filled with gas. I have been to other Hyundai dealers they all lied about price. They were ve managers were friendly and honest. My car was clean and filled with gas. I have been to other Hyundai dealers they all lied about price. They were very pushy. Happy Hyundai was honest and NOT pushy at all. If you are looking for a honest dealership go to HAPPY HYUNDAI. I bought A 2011 Elantra for my business because of the gas mileage and it is GREAT!!! I came in looking to purchase a Tucson. I have been to other dealerships around the area and did not like the way i was treated at any of them. When i came to Happy i was expecting the same thing. I was w other dealerships around the area and did not like the way i was treated at any of them. When i came to Happy i was expecting the same thing. I was wrong!!! From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a hello. I found the car i liked and talked numbers. Very easy staff to talk to as well as work with in coming up to a number we both agreed on. The sales staff, manager, and finace man were all wonderful. Needless to say this is a very non pressure dealership who truly has the customer in mind. Maybe that's why it's called "Happy Hyundai". Will definately buy from them in the future as well as recommend to all of my friends and family. More
This is the Anti-Happy Hyundai. I walked in at about 6:00pm on a Monday and nobody helped me or even attempted to. I have to mosey around until someone came up and asked what I wanted there. Told them 6:00pm on a Monday and nobody helped me or even attempted to. I have to mosey around until someone came up and asked what I wanted there. Told them I wanted to buy a new car, possibly trade in. He took down my VIN # and went to chat with his "manager" (guy who sipped coffee doing nothing the whole time) and came back telling me that I could only get 5k for my car, when I know KBB value is at least 9K (giving a low estimate) and a Volkswagen Dealer also had said the same thing. He responded by saying that that's not true at all and that those were the numbers I was working with. Long story short, I said if this was the type of cheating-the-customer what what I was going to have to deal with, I might as well leave because it was a waste for both our times and left. I turned right and drove all the way to McGrath Hyundai where I was received with tender care and walked out with a care later that day. More
