The sale required virtually no effort on the part of the dealership--I knew exactly what I wanted and there was very little negotiation. Probably one of the easiest sales they have ever had. Within a couple days after purchasing the car, I noticed an issue with the USB port in the car. It is something that they should have disclosed to me prior to buying the vehicle, but I did not think it was a big deal when I discovered it--I assumed that the dealership would make it right. I was wrong. For the last 10 days, I have been calling, texting, etc. to get someone to give me an answer as to how to get this issue fixed. The two salespeople--Prince Hayes and Miguel (not sure his last name)--have promised to get back to me, but never get back to me. Or they just ignore me altogether. I then spoke to the sales manager--Dean Dixon--who has repeatedly promised to get back to me. He never does, and now he is dodging my calls. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But this one is the absolute worst. Stay far far away. More

When we arrived, we were greeted by Lexi, who turned out to be one of the nicest and most personable sales people I've ever met. There was no question that was left unanswered. As far as the car itself, it was in pristine condition and matched what the listing had, which isn't something I can say about another dealer I had visited earlier in the day. The buying process was simple. There were no tricky sales tactics or hidden fees. Everything was presented just as it was which made the process easy and quick.
