BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I have only purchased 4 vehicles in my lifetime, but I must say this was one of the BEST expericences I have ever had. 1st of all Lamar Green was a fa I have only purchased 4 vehicles in my lifetime, but I must say this was one of the BEST expericences I have ever had. 1st of all Lamar Green was a fantastic salesmen, we called before we went down and gave him a vague idea of what I was looking for. When I got there he had already picked the vehicle that best suited my request (I did take a look at 2 other's before seeing his choice) when he pulled up in the rogue he had chosen I almost flipped, what a gorgeous vehicle I was VERY VERY pleased. Now it's time to talk to the finanace manager (you know how we all feel about those guys :) well let me tell you, put all of those doubts and fears asside, when I talked with Tom Hines I was at ease from the time he introduced himself, he assured me that he would take care of me and that's exactly what he did, he explained every detail of the process clearly and with lots of patience, for once I didn't leave a dealership with a sour taste in my mouth, what a great group of guys. I will always recommend this dealership. More
Best car buying experience ever, period! I've been looking for a modern, comfortable vehicle for my retired dad. We tested a few cars and tried to negotiate a couple of deals in the West Palm Beach area. Frustrated by conventional dealer tactics (tricks, long wait, let me talk to the manager...) I decided to go back online and expand my search to other cities, even if I had to drive a couple hundred miles to get a good deal. I found the perfect vehicle for my dad over in Port Charlotte, FL (150 miles from WPB), a used 2016 Impala LTZ with a healthy balance of factory warranty at a reasonable price. I sent the dealer an email, AJ Bergers responded within an hour. We went over features, specs, and negotiated a fair price over the phone and a few texts. I bought the vehicle sight unseen, trusting my assessment of AJ's character from our phone conversations. The car was delivered to my doorstep in WPB the following day. The car has all the described features, in great condition with a clean Carfax. My dad signed all the paperwork which we sent back with the driver. Within minutes I had received a copy of the new registration via email. I could not be happier with this experience. I've bought many cars through the years for myself, family members and the company I work for. This is likely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I recommend Harbor Nissan, and especially AJ to anyone looking for a fair deal. If you appreciate being treated with respect this is the place to go. Thanks AJ and Harbor NIssan! More
Sam Spears = best buying experience ever! I was looking for an older pathfinder for my daughter, it had to be a 4x4 cause she likes to surf and we can drive on the beach. I found a 2004 Pathfinder on cars.com, then clicked on the link to Harbor Nissan and then asked if the car was available. I received an email back from Sam, stating that it was and would I be interested in a test drive? Told Sam, that I lived in Wilmington, NC and that the purchase was for my 16 year daughter, her 1st car. Sam stated he was happy to help and thus began the amazing experience of texts, emails and phone calls. Because I could not see the car in person, I must have asked Sam a 100 questions about the car. He responded promptly, he sent me pictures of the car, tires and videos of him driving the car. He went so far above and beyond it is truly incredible. He put the car on a lift in the service dept, sent me pictures of the undercarriage, he hooked the car up to the computer, confirmed no codes were showing. He took the car to advance auto, hooked it up to their computer, ran diagnostic check again, confirmed no codes were present. We have emissions testing in North Carolina so Sam took the car to a local exhaust place, had the exhaust checked and confirmed there were no leaks. He even got my in touch with a shipper, who will delivery the car to my door! He did all this for a car that costs less than $7500.00. If you are considering a purchase ask for Sam Spears and you will be taken care of. I have bought a lot of cars, both in and out-of-state and never have I been more pleased. My daughter and I thank you Sam! More
