Never did my husband and I ever think we were qualified to get a used car, but turns out from the hard work of Nathan Gray, we were able to get an outstanding deal with a used vehicle and a brand new off the lot car. We were turned down by a few small used car sales places, and I feel that Nathan and his team gave great passion into working with us. We thank Nathan for giving us the opportunity to purchase our new vehicles and giving us a chance despite our fair credit. My New Car Experience I have been thinking about a new car for several months. I had no intention of purchasing another Nissan for no other reason than I wanted to sample I have been thinking about a new car for several months. I had no intention of purchasing another Nissan for no other reason than I wanted to sample another brand. However, upon bringing my car in for maintenance, I got to talking with Travis, who suggested I might want to review my options. He referred me to Aaron Kennedy who worked with me to get the best deal possible. I eventually leased a 2015 Sentra and concluded the transaction with Tom Hines. Overall, a wonderful experience. More

2 hours waiting for 3000 mile checkup Arrived a for our 9:00 appointment at 8:50. At 10:00 car was still sitting outside. I spoke with a lady that was complaining that she had a 9:30 appoi Arrived a for our 9:00 appointment at 8:50. At 10:00 car was still sitting outside. I spoke with a lady that was complaining that she had a 9:30 appointment and her car was just going in. I spoke with the assistant manager and all he did was make excuses. Our car finally went in at 10:30. The manager was supposed to come talk with us but never showed. We left at 10:50 when the car was finally finished. We spent 2 hours for a 10 minute job. Unacceptable. If the assistant manager would have said that he would find out why but he just kept making excuses. Russell fox spoke with us and he was very helpful, but as he is in sales, really couldn't push service. Very Very dissatisfied More

ORIGINALLY AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION I CAME IN TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE AND ROTATE FRONT TO REAR AND REAR TO FRONT TIRES. I MENTIONED I WAS HAVING TIRES CHANGED WHEN I GET BACK TO CANADA. TI I CAME IN TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE AND ROTATE FRONT TO REAR AND REAR TO FRONT TIRES. I MENTIONED I WAS HAVING TIRES CHANGED WHEN I GET BACK TO CANADA. TIRES WORN BUT ONLY 33M MILES ON THEM ( 56M KM). AFTER A HALF HOUR I WAS TAKEN TO SHOP TO VIEW TIRES AND THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD NOT ROTATE AS THEY WERE NOT SAFE FOLLOWING WHICH I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF 671.95 TO HAVE NEW TIRES PUT ON. I INDICATED NO AND TO PROCEED WITH OIL CHANGE. WHEN COMPLETED I WAS THEN TAKEN TO CASHIER WHO TOLD ME MY VISA WOULD NOT WORK. I INDICATED THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. SHE TRIED, PUSHING NUMEROUS BUTTONS AND CONTINUED TO TELL ME THE CARD WOULD NOT WORK. I TOLD HER THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR MACHINE AND SHE SAID NO. I ASKED HER TO PUT IT THROUGH ANOTHER AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT ANOTHER MACHINE. I AGAIN TOLD HER YOUR MACHINE IS NOT WORKING SINCE MY CARD HAD JUST BEEN USED AT TWO OTHER LOCATIONS AN HOUR BEFORE PLUS THERE IS A VERY LARGE LIMIT ON CARD. SHE CONTINUED TO TELL ME IT WAS MY CARD. I THIEN TOLD HER TO PUT THROUGH ON MY DEBIT CARD.. I LEFT THERE AND WENT TO WALGREENS, SOME 10-15 MIN LATER AND MY CARD WORKED FINE.' NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT PLEASED.. SERVICE MANAGER WAS JOE SPRATT WHOSE NAME DOES NOT APPEAR BELOW. THE EXPERIENCE CHECKING OUT IS REFLECTED IN THE FOLLOWING RATINGS. More
