All questions I had was answered and I even learned thoroughly the benefits of leasing a vehicle, which is what I ended up doing. The reason I rated Harbor Nissan 4 stars is because I went there based on prices that were listed online. However, the actual prices of the vehicles was much higher. I was told that this is because they advertise with the discount that the customer may be qualified for. To me, that is false advertising, so I wasn't happy about that. Other than this issue, everything was great. I would recommend this dealership, however be prepared to pay $5-6,000 more than advertised Internet pricing. More

When we brought the car in we were told of the fact that this car needs to get synthetic oil and we'd have to pay "forty or fifty bucks". We didn't pay for it. Two Visits in Ten Days First, I wonder why the Multi-Point Inspection completed with my oil change on October 2 , did not find any of the $1097.65 work that had to be done t First, I wonder why the Multi-Point Inspection completed with my oil change on October 2 , did not find any of the $1097.65 work that had to be done ten days later. Second, why did the knock sensor have to be replaced? From the information the Service Advisor gave me, it looks like it did exactly what it is made to do. It recognized a bad ignition coil. Third, the last time I was charged a diagnostic fee ($99.99) I was told it would not be on the bill if I chose to have Harbor Nissan make the repair. More
