did not plan on a new car yet the people were very helpful and easy to deal with.the coffee was good but the car turned out to be better.I was very impressed with the product line. the people were very helpful and easy to deal with.the coffee was good but the car turned out to be better.I was very impressed with the product line.After a test drive i was pretty much sold but we still had to bargain on price.After some give and take(and more coffee) we came to what i thought was a good deal.We shook on it and i had my new Sentra two days later.Altogether a very pleasant and easy experience. I never felt pressured by him and he didn't make it feel like I was at a typical dealership. I felt comfortable, relaxed and at ease that he was focused on helping me and not just making a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and Mateo is definitely an asset to the team at Harbor Nissan. I wasn't even worried about "haggling" prices or anything because, even if I were to find out I could have gotten a better deal, I believe that quality customer service and satisfaction are worth spending a few extra dollars.
