I hope that since all items have been corrected to your satisfaction and that your opinion of my department is showing in a much better light. We work hard to ensure that each and every one of our patrons is treated with respect. I apologize that i was not informed on this circumstance earlier and hope you now realize, had i been informed this situation would have NEVER gotten to the level which it had.
