My experiance With Harbro service has been less than pleasent. The last few times the Park ave was in for service their were delays in ordering parts and getting it fixed. Kent is by far the best service manager in the business. When he recently left Webster for Whitinsville I was very concerned, but now he's back and there is no place else that I will go for service.
