Service Beyond Expectation I needed an oil change for my vehicle and called up at 9:30a. on a Saturday. The response was that they would be happy to take my vehicle in at 11:00 I needed an oil change for my vehicle and called up at 9:30a. on a Saturday. The response was that they would be happy to take my vehicle in at 11:00. It was that easy. I drove up and showed them a dent in the plastic portion of the front of my vehicle. Mark Hare said "We can take care of that." I was amazed at how efficient, prompt, and effective this team was in servicing my vehicle on a short notice. The dent was popped out, oil changed and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. And the dent fix was a courtesy service - it looked incredible! Give this team a try - friendly, fabulous service. Friendly Service I have been to Harbro in Webster numerous times for a low tire pressure light. Each and every time I went in (without an appointment) I was immediatel I have been to Harbro in Webster numerous times for a low tire pressure light. Each and every time I went in (without an appointment) I was immediately taken care of. I was called by name (in big dealerships I am sure that the service people don't remember their customers name) and never felt like I was bothering the boys. They always treated me with respect and I never got the impression that I was bothering them by just popping in. I was in for an oil change a few weeks ago and was treated exactly the same way. Harbro should be proud to have these two young men in the service department. Thanks guys...you are the best!!!!! More

He's very committed to satisfying customer's needs and wants. They have that personal touch! More
