Always a great experience when ever I need service done to my car at Harbro its always a pleasure because Mark, Kelsey and the rest of the Harbro team are always so helpful and when ever I need service done to my car at Harbro its always a pleasure because Mark, Kelsey and the rest of the Harbro team are always so helpful and ready to great their customers with a smile. My service I recently had my car serviced at Harbro and could not be happier. After learning that the "noise" I was hearing was nothing more than a broken exhaus I recently had my car serviced at Harbro and could not be happier. After learning that the "noise" I was hearing was nothing more than a broken exhaust heat shield that was taken care of at no cost, I decided to have it detailed. I am totally amazed at how clean my car is. It looks as good as the day I bought it. Even the outside has been waxed & buffed to a beautiful lustre. I have NEVER had my car cleaned like this before but I will certainly have it done again at Harbro. I could not be more satisfied! More

I stopped in and Joe Yuele Joe Ceramicoli and Joe Yuele are just the best. I was in the other day because my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in and Joe Yuele took care of the issue right away. I just needed a little air in my tires. And he went on to explain to me how tire pressure works and assured me I was good to go. They are both so nice and polite. No matter how many questions I ask they are always patient with me. Everything is explained so I can understand what they are saying. More

great service and even better workers I was having problems with my car and so I called in for appointment and Joey was able to see me almost immediately. Even though it turned out that I I was having problems with my car and so I called in for appointment and Joey was able to see me almost immediately. Even though it turned out that I only needed an oil change, Joey checked over my entire car to make sure nothing else was wrong with it. He gave me service that was way beyond my expectations and after leaving I felt certain that my car was in great shape. I have returned to Joey multiple times for service on my car over the years and he has never disappointed me with his work. He is also a great person to speak to and has great customer service. More

Starter failure I called the dealership at 11am with my problem (not a standard starter problem). Went through several Solutions over the phone with no remedy. It was I called the dealership at 11am with my problem (not a standard starter problem). Went through several Solutions over the phone with no remedy. It was lunch time and I had my two children with me. The service department work through lunch to get me my car back within the hour. No big corporate dealership could get that done, only a family-owned business that cares for each individual customer. Thank you Mark, Mike and Mickey More
