Outstanding Service Department Shortly after we bought our car, one of the vent knobs broke off. They were great about it. Not only was Mark quick to get us an appointment, but he gave us a realistic time line for the job. Of course, they did it in less time than they expected. They even worked with us on the cost. I can always drive in and ask any questions I have about the car, and they explain. Mark and all of his crew give quality customer service. Service I had an issue with my car (which I purchased at Harbro), and brought it into Service. They diagnosed the problem for free (a $130 charge at GM Deale I had an issue with my car (which I purchased at Harbro), and brought it into Service. They diagnosed the problem for free (a $130 charge at GM Dealers), did research, and informed me about a recall on my car. Since it needed to be performed at a GM dealer, they did not perform the service, but were extremely helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase and get service at Harbro.
