Sean did not check the portal to see if the damage to the truck was covered. Once he did his job he said he would send it to the insurance. 30min later & no inspection, turns out we weren’t covered and the i truck was covered. I dropped my 2024 Traverse off as the brakes have been squealing with light depression at 14k miles. The maintenance alert was down to 18% on the front brakes which seemed odd. After not hearing anything at 1pm I called. The service associates said there was a bulletin that is supposed to rectify the % error and that he only heard the brakes squeal once. I told him it literally does it nearly every time I stop. He said some chevy’s brakes squeak and there is nothing they can do. You’ll have to just deal with it. It was frustrating having to reach out to get an update and then be told that they literally can do nothing to help me. Just seems like they could have done more. It’s a car with low miles. Disappointing. More
