Chrystal, you have been a great customer, and we had hoped you would be a lifelong customer. We have appreciated your business over the years, and we hope to resolve your issues in your discussions with Amanda. I apologize you’re having issues with your vehicle. If our Service Department could file a warranty claim with General Motors or with the extended service agreement you purchased from another business we would do that.  We have done a significant amount of work on your vehicle at no charge to you in regards to your issue. General Motors nor your service agreement will cover the issue since it is not a defect, but rather ineligible for coverage because of owner negligence. We are definitely sorry the repair can’t be don’t at no cost to you, but we know exactly what repair should be made, what should be done to avoid further damage, and we are certainly happy to do the work. We would love to do the repair for you & continue our relationship. I hope you will change your mind about us.
