I had my second new Camry SE from Hartford Toyota for over a year when I first met up with Jim Palumbo. He was doing a courtesy check with me and I relayed to him how I'd been living with a minor but an over a year when I first met up with Jim Palumbo. He was doing a courtesy check with me and I relayed to him how I'd been living with a minor but annoying seat issue since delivery. Jim quickly engaged Corey as my new service writer and plans were made to assess the problem and remedy the situation. Jim's intervention and Corey's responsiveness resulted in the car quickly being scheduled and brought in for diagnosis. After conferring with the service manager, Corey told me that Hartford Toyota would replace all of the possible components under factory warranty to ensure the best possible outcome. One more quick visit later and the work is being done as promised. Thanks to Jim for stepping into the situation with the goal of making me happy with my car and Hartford Toyota. Thanks to Corey for jumping in as well and working with my schedule to get things done efficiently. More
