Jordan Shein was perhaps the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with in all the car purchases/leases I have executed. I had ordered a Mach 1 which Jordan felt that since there was no indication I have ever dealt with in all the car purchases/leases I have executed. I had ordered a Mach 1 which Jordan felt that since there was no indication as to when the car would be built, I was in danger of having my order cancelled by Ford. He had brought to my attention another Mach 1 which was delivered to the Dealer stock. He called to explain the situation. I promptly visited the dealership and was able to accept this car and cancel my original order. Had it not been for Jordan, I would have wasted several months and would probably have to begin the process over. He arranged with other dealer staff an exception to normal protocol so that I was able to take delivery on a Sunday which made the process easier for me. Upon delivery, Jordan took all the time needed to fully explain all the functionality on the car and was thorough until I understood each setting. I am very please with my new car. Since I recently retired, this was a retirement present to myself, so it was an extra special purchase. I would recommend Jordan to anyone I know who is planning on getting a new car. More

I had scheduled an appointment in advanced to take a test drive and as a prospective buyer. When I entered dealership no one seems to care, I had identified someone from dealership. He said the lady is busy when she is done she can see you. Did not even said please take a seat and… These people are Unprofessional, lack of basic manners. Previously I had when went to Star Subaru in Queens NY in 2019 and had similar experience and I had ended doing a lease with Honda. These time I had expected better from Subaru. Some times advertisement about a brand can be deceiving. I went to a Wantagh Mazda did not seems to work any deal but NO Love lost. At least they know how to treat a potential customer. More
