I had a wonderful experience at Hassett Ford purchasing a vehicle. For the first time in my life there were no hidden fees, attempts at selling me things i did not ask for or need. It was straight to the poi vehicle. For the first time in my life there were no hidden fees, attempts at selling me things i did not ask for or need. It was straight to the point. I saw the vehicle i wanted, ( it was the same price cash/finance), I spoke with Ralph Coffee and than sales manager Rich Pagliaro, they honored every promise they made, changing the battery, and having the vehicle detailed and ready promptly at the agreed upon time.
