The amount of oil that was spilled during your oil change at another shop made it difficult to see any leaks. That is why we advised to drive the vehicle a bit more now that the oil was cleaned up and return for us to locate the leak. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly. When a customer comes in and says the vehicle is shifting funny and he is willing to pay the $200+ to confirm that fluid levels are sufficient, you should get the car up on a lift and check fluid levels. You guys let me leave the shop with a transmission low on fluid and complaints of bad gear shifting. I drove straight to Moss Bros who stated “If we find low fluids, we can’t let it leave the shop because its a safety issue” They did the work your team was unwilling to do. I have three kids who drive in that car daily.
