I dropped my car off in the am (scheduled appt); my car was never looked at. Sunroof was broken then and continues to be broken now. Service dept was substandard, kept vehicle longer than stated when scheduled, when I received my vehicle and battery was dead, they did not offer any assistance with this other than quoting me the price o stated when scheduled, when I received my vehicle and battery was dead, they did not offer any assistance with this other than quoting me the price of anew battery ($460). Brought in my transmission for a leak that was identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. Drove the car straight to another GMC dealer who identified th identified. After 3 days, I was told it’s probably just engine oil from an oil change. I will be contacting GMC corporate about the horrible experience and the fact they let me leave with a transmission that could fail. More
I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Hatfield. Something kicked up on the highway and knocked one of the parking sensors inside of the bumper. When I took in the truck for its first complimentary service I pointed this out to the service writer and was quoted $125 to make the repair and I agreed. The next day I was called and told it would be over $500 to make the repair which I declined because I didn’t think not was fair to change the price. So now I have a new and expensive truck that screams at me every time I start it. The sensor is not Hatfields fault but I assumed that a repeat customer would get treated with a better level of service but now I know better. More
