I bought my truck new from Hayfield in 2018 and was very happy with the service & service cost provided for the first 6 years or so and car wash. Since they cost has gone up a service has gone down. Last happy with the service & service cost provided for the first 6 years or so and car wash. Since they cost has gone up a service has gone down. Last time I was in for service I had a bad tire pressure monitor and they had no time to check or fix even though the appointment was ay 1:00 PM. Subsequently I asked the cost to replace all 4 monitors and the cost provided was $750. Costco replaced them for $240. I Hatfield advertises a match on tire replacement I called and left a message for one of your senior service reps to call me back regarding the replacement cost. Never received a call back and his reasoning after I had bought tires elsewhere was some messages get lost. So the 3 Star rating is based on prior service and not current. More
