I need more room to give all the details of this experience. Never given a written estimate, charged double for parts. MSRP INSTEAD OF COST. couldn’t give a time on labor. “ flat rate” according to experience. Never given a written estimate, charged double for parts. I reviewed BAR web page for more information and was given a number to call to discuss. All information I was given was not accurate. I’m extremely disappointed In The entire process. I didn’t even mention being without a car for 3 days……. I could go on and on about my experience. I purchased my last 2 cars from Hatfield because I THOUGHT I could Trust! Shame on Me!!!! I know I gave Adrian a bad rating. The truth is I don’t have a problem with him . It’s the deceit. More

Great experience at Hatfield dealership. Our sales rep, Willie Brandon, was patient with us as I tried to determine keeping my current Encore or leasing a new Encore GX. After test driving Our sales rep, Willie Brandon, was patient with us as I tried to determine keeping my current Encore or leasing a new Encore GX. After test driving the new GX, no brainer. He worked until closing time until he got us the deal I could afford, and promised he would have the Encore clean and ready for pick up the next day. He was great and not pushy through the entire process. One of the owner's daughters also stopped by and after our lovely chat, I was convinced to work with Hatfield. The team is awesome. We highly recommend Hatfield for service as well! We've brought in our other Encores for service. Always well done and on time. Thank you Hatfield for a great experience! More
