I enjoy the car buying process at Hawk Ford St. Charles, as I have purchased a couple of new vehicles at this dealership and consistently have had a good experience. I just bought a new Ford Edge, and sales as I have purchased a couple of new vehicles at this dealership and consistently have had a good experience. I just bought a new Ford Edge, and sales associate Roger Nicklaus was friendly and helpful from the test drive through negotiating the deal. He has followed up with calls to see if I had any questions or issues regarding my new Edge. Good customer service. The finance associate was terrific to work with as well. When I’m in the market for my next Ford, my first stop will be Gawk Ford. More

As far as warranty service for my small issue, their service department was good. Past experiences have also been generally good, never any issues with basic maintenance or other warranty/recall work. I service department was good.
