Had a few issues with a used 2016 2500 Ram. Took care of 1 and was told once the books are closed, theres not a whole lot they can do. I understand it's a used truck, but terrible customer service in my opi 1 and was told once the books are closed, theres not a whole lot they can do. Called him later that day, made him my offer, he called me back in 10 minutes, we agreed to meet in the middle and pick up the car on that Monday. When i showed up at the time we agreed, the car was prepped and ready, paperwork done and we were literally walking out with keys in 30 minutes if that long. I really appreciate you guys. When i told you i wanted to think about it for a day or 2 no one tried to change my mind and talk me into anything - now no doubt my phone would have rang on Monday but that’s cool - i appreciated the experience, thank you!
